Attic in Roma

Aldena have developed the restoration of a prestigious palace from the 1700’s, in full re-spect of the historical-cultural context and urban restrictions: for the outside we chose painted bronze/steel windows, perfectly in line with the buildings in the centre of Rome. For the inside we chose bronze doors.

Mediterranean Landscape

The Mediterranean landscape, which has always been a part of Italian culture and tourism, obliges one to take architectural and design choices for reducing visual impact to a minimum. For this reason Aldena propose a sliding solution with four stainless steel doors.

House in the green

Aldena have developed a new concept of country house, where the materials used - wood, stone, steel and cor-ten - reinterpret a rural area in a contemporary key. The door and window frames are in dove colour lacquered steel, whilst the internal sliding doors are in steel and cor-ten.

Bronze reinforced concrete

In perfect minimalist style, the heat of the bronze envelops the lights with a fascinating contemporary architecture. In particular, we have developed extremely large sliding uprights, whilst the polished stainless steel internal swing-to doors are particularly slender.

Tuscan Rustic

Following the best Tuscan architectural tradition, cor-ten steel combines perfectly with traditional brickwork. The “compass” style entrance is particularly daring.

Industrial Archeology

The asymmetric windows, the vertical bascule at the entrance and the large sliding doors which divide the internal space offer an efficient and aesthetically coherent reinterpretation of an old industrial building, converted into a living space. The result is a striking loft, perfectly integrated in the urban context.
